Goal AchievementDuring this, normally, one off session we will talk about the goals you have set yourself and I will help you to identify any negative beliefs you may have, that are preventing you from achieving them.
You will then relax deeply and be guided through some powerful cognitive stress release techniques, which should leave you feeling like a weight has been lifted from you. |
The Process |
Your subconscious will be given new positive, rational and 'smart' ways of thinking about events and situations, that have caused you stress in the past. This will help you to minimize stress in the future.
Finally you will start the process of repairing negative beliefs that have been holding you back, by imagining yourself achieving your goals in the near future. Every time you do this your subconscious will believe the experience to be real and this will subtly change what you believe. To fix this change permanently in your mind, listen to my goal achievement track every day for 14 days after your session and then whenever you want help to achieve a goal. |
Prepare for success...
If you have an exam, a driving test, interview or important event coming up... every time you think about it, imagine your success in as much detail as you can. Your subconscious will believe your imaginary experience to be real. Do this every day for 14 days and your subconscious, which controls your automatic behaviour, will expect you to to be successful when the actual event takes place. |
